Where It Started.

Quality, sustainability, and craftsmanship — it’s what we live and breathe.

Leanne and Dane began in the tiny house industry, designing compact homes for people seeking better living standards.

They saw too many people living in structures that performed like caravans — cold in winter, overheated in summer, built to minimum standards.

They believed compact living deserved better.

So they built beyond UK Building Regulations — towards Passive House performance — creating true small-scale homes designed for comfort, health and longevity.

Over time, they noticed something unexpected.

The same principles — healthier materials, high-performance envelopes, Scandinavian simplicity — were exactly what high-end leisure operators needed.

Lower energy use.
Longer building lifespan.
Calmer, more restorative guest experiences.

The crossover was natural.

“We build beyond the minimum — because comfort, health and longevity shouldn’t be optional. If we’re going to put our name to it, it has to perform properly”.

Designing for Wellness.

As the company evolved, the focus sharpened around one principle:

Every material and design decision must serve a purpose.

To improve indoor air quality.
To stabilise temperature.
To soften acoustics.
To extend building life.
To support deeper rest.

Today, over 200 of our models are progressing through planning for 2026 and beyond — recognised by developers seeking long-term, high-performance guest infrastructure.
